TRAINING AT THE AIRPORT
Lodz Airport invites you to training organized by our instructors at the airport terminal. We also offer training rooms for rent, including: a glass room with a unique view of the airport apron with aircrafts taxiing or standing on it. - aircraft taxiing or standing on it.
TRAINING
Employees of the Training Department of Łódź Airport organize training not only for their employees, but also for people outside of airport's staff. The offer includes classes for employees from the aviation industry, for those planning to work at the airport (e.g. as a "Follow"), but also for people not related to aviation.
We conduct classes in various forms, covering theoretical and practical issues, and end with awarding certificates to the participants. The airport has training rooms where we can conduct workshops about the security inspection of cabin and checked baggage, cargo and mail, as well as on-board supplies and airport supplies using an X-ray machine and other security control devices. The offer also includes workshops on manual inspection of people and objects carried by them (e.g. handbags, luggage).
OUR OFFER:
Commercial training conducted by our lecturers and instructors. We offer, among others: training in the field of:
- customer/passenger service
- handling a difficult customer/passenger
- customer/VIP passenger service
- training in the use of a hand-held metal detector to detect dangerous objects and hidden electronic devices (e.g. for universities in terms of bringing prohibited electronics to exams)
- training for court employees who operate X-ray devices and magnetic metal detection gates that control people entering the building (what to look for and what to do if they find a suspicious item).
- raising the standards of security staff
- tailor-made training in your own spaces The Training
Department is ready to adjust classes for each client. We can organise training for small and larger groups, and even for individuals.
LECTURE HALLS RENTAL
Łódź Airport is located 8 km from the city center. It owns a spacious terminal with office functions and parking lots. It is a very convenient space for organizing training and conferences. You can rent a lecture hall at the airport terminal for training conducted by external lecturers. We have rooms with an impressive view of the runway and airport apron.
In addition:
- during classes, we provide coffee service and catering at the request of clients
- we have our own fenced and monitored parking lot for guests
- we cooperate with hotels and can organize accommodation and transport between the hotel and the airport.
